The Charge Neutralization Process

2. Bridging: The long polymer chains "grab" multiple neutralized particles, tying them together.

3.  Flocculation: These small particles form larger, heavier clumps called flocs, which then sink to the bottom (sedimentation) or float to the top (dissolved air flotation) for easy removal.
